1. Collect and destroy the congregating caterpillars.
2. Spray 900 ml endosulfan (Thiodan 35 EC) or 325 ml cypermethrin (Cyperkill 20 EC) in 650 L/ha water when caterpillars are of 2 mm size (second instar larval stage)

Jassid: They suck sap from underside of leaves, thus the leaves curl upwards along the tips and margins, turn yellow and dry up. |
